Quite far from where I live but had no luck with the stores in Glasgow finding the guitar that I wanted so gambled on a visit. Well worth it and I could easily have bought more than one guitar after only 15 mins in the store. Guitars are well set up and I feel I got a great deal and was made to feel very comfortable whilst making a noise! Thank you!

Customer service is often overlooked when buying online but Jim at Joanies music went above and beyond to help me when a specific cable was required to repair my damaged pedalboard after an accident at a show. Even though the last one had just been purchased Jim let me know the options and potential timescales but then emailed me the following day to say he had located one from the Rep and sent it expressly to me. Thanks Jim for going out of your way even though the part required was not the most expensive item in the shop but still took the time and care to help me. I will certainly be a returnee in the future

I've used Joanie's a couple of times to turn old gear into new gear and every time I've left happy - especially when I've a new guitar in tow! Friendly, helpful and know what they are talking about. Also tolerant of the hamfisted noise I generate when trying stuff out. (Edited cos I can't type either).
