Located just near the city centre. Clean, the crew are also nice and helpful. Nice place to stay for a full-time student.

So, I have now lived here two years and let me tell you, since my last review this place has only got better. With the brilliant Susie and Abbie at the helm of everything, a breath of life has been put back into this old building. Although yes it has its downfall of being student accomodation so the occupants are all, you guessed it, students...meaning at times you can have noisy neighbours or even sometimes nosey neighbours, the common areas alone are worth it. With a large cinema room, a common room where events are regularly held with a pool table, foozball table and an Xbox, and finally with the upcoming private study room, there's plenty of space outside of your room to spend time. But even if you don't spend time in these areas, the rooms are very generous in the space they give. When I first moved here I was in an accessible classic suite and could easily fit belongings from a whole two bedroom flat within the room and shared kitchen (minus furniture which is already provided) which honestly is -chef kiss- perfect. However this year I have moved into one of the studios. As expected, the more rent you pay, the bigger the room but that upgrade is well and truly worth it for a little more privacy and control over your very own kitchen. Again, I was able to fit everything I own within the room...but I still had a clear out when moving anyway, which was very simple as the town centre (and therefore all of the charity shops) are within walking distance. Overall I really couldn't recommend this building enough. It's clear that all the staff really do care about the students that live within the building which is pretty rare for student accomodation...and it's just a genuinely lovely place to live.
