Df Removals & Storage

My partner and I booked the services of this company for August 2022. On the date they were meant to arrive they cancelled after being two hours or so late to start the job. They rescheduled and said it was due to a lack of staff because of COVID. This held up our move significantly, and we reluctantly agreed to the reschedule. They failed to turn up again for the rescheduled move. They then told my partner they were disolving the company and we would get a full refund. The refund never arrived and we told them we were considering legal action. We were again told that while accounts were organised there would be a delay but we would get a refund. Today I saw on Facebook that they are still trading. We are owed hundreds of pounds from this company. I tried calling and received no answer. My partner tried messaging and received no answer. I commented on their post and was blocked. We will try one last time again, after many months of trying to secure our refund tomorrow, but if not we are taking legal action. Save your money and go somewhere that is responsiveness, turns up, and doesn't screw people out of hundreds of pounds and where you won't need to instigate legal action.

Oh my goodness, what a lovely bunch of guys! Absolutely a 5 star rating. Friendly, professional, efficient, patient and spent time reassuring throughout. Dean displayed a quiet and efficient manner from the outset. We had never used a removal company before but after initial meeting with Dean we were more than happy to progress with the order. Dean and his team definitely removed some of the stress of moving. Great care was taken to protect our items and deliver them safely to our new home. We will definitely be recommending Dean to friends and family and without a doubt will call on Dean and his team for our next move. Well done guys - you all worked so hard! I contact this company for a moving, weeks before the date . They send me everything also the confirmation, I text the owner the day before, everything sound ok . The day of the moving they just dont come and dont answer to my message. Fortunately I found a company , and I get my house moving. But I just whas shocked about the lack of professional attitude.

Dean and his huys were brilliant! He totally saved me after being let down at the last minute by a local removals company as he managed to fit it in with his other work. Very professional and just the loveliest friendly, helpful guys. Thanks so much!!
