        Had my ring repaired, received excellent service. Although not a very expensive ring it holds a lot of sentimental value and was very well taken care of - reshaped and now cannot tell that it had once been snapped due to getting caught in a door. Wonderful service, very quick and professional.

        Absolutely fabulous first-class treatment from Jim and his colleagues. Went with a bracelet 2 jewellers said could not be fixed. "In Time" had the part within 2 days and returned it to me at a very nominal cost. Also, the same jewellers said my ring needed 250 worth of maintenance work prior to cleaning. "In Time" confirmed this was not necessary and cleaned both of my rings free of charge. Cannot praise this company highly enough all done with a smile. Excellent Service - Thank You (Tricia Chillas)
