        I cannot thank the staff and drivers enough for a fabulous summer of Outings and all the help provided from the staff and Drivers of Dial a Journey to make that happen. I must say not an easy task with last minute changes catered for and drivers going out of their way to help us all have some great days out. Thanks again from Forth Valley Welcome x We will be back

        I had a appt at Edinburgh Royal due to medical problem Dial a journey was hire by hospital to get me there Thought I was going to be away all day but No! Due to the excellent help of a certain driver got me there book in and home and treatment done all in 3 hour Thankyou Wendy

        It's a great service, friendly professional sraff. My mum used this service from when it initially started in October 1986 until August 2012 for a variety of reasons including shopping, excursions, attending medical appointments, going out socially & hiring a private self drive vehicle for going to concerts, days out etc, all of these contributing to her quality of life.
