With the support I was given, the process actually went very seamlessly. Alana Docherty was my mortgage service consultant and she was fantastic.         We were buying as first time buyers, we had no idea what we were meant to be doing and when. Our sale wasn't the easiest due to many complications from the developers, but Carly and the team really went above and beyond for us. I was able to call nearly every other day and they'd all be cheerful, tell me I am not a fool for constantly chasing, and just being absolutely lovely. I highly recommend Allen and Harris! Their customer service is on another level and they would bend over backwards if that would help the process move smoother.
