Tried to send parcels, woman working at the counter was rude, could not scan barcode (never an issue before on the numerous times I have used the service there!) asked for my phone, roughly handling it so she could scan the item after being asked how big my parcels were as they would only take small ones for space, it's a service!! Could not even take number because barcode didn't work! Unbelievable I walked out!!
