        Staff not wearing masks, went to use the Hermes drop off point staff member unhelpful and rude. No hand sanitizer or wipes available to clean down return point

        Grumpy crabbit woman with no mask serving, didnt look clean, no plastic screen at counter, just looks grubby and dirty. The sort of place you wipe your feet on the way out! Overall just mingin. Wont be back
