I cannot speak highly enough about the customer service I recently received from B-Spoke Property, when I recently went through the daunting process of selling my house. From the first phone-call I felt I was listened to and understood. After that Peter guided me at every step, keeping me updated and reassured. His experience in house selling was obvious and his advice was spot on! The sale completed, I am a very satisfied customer. Thank you to him and all the staff who answered my calls, particularly Christopher, for being so gracious and helpful. I would highly recommend this company to anyone selling a property.

I'm a student and have lived in Stirling for the past few years. Bspoke is the WORST letting agency I have ever had the displeasure of renting from. They were completely dismissive of many issues that came with the flat, such as it being incredibly dirty and refusing to take responsibility and fix any broken furniture that came with the flat. When moving out, they required a professional cleaning service which they recommended (they have partnered with them for nearly a decade). The cleaning ladies they sent out STOLE multiple personal items from my childhood in Japan, including some gifted to me from my grandmother which they refused to ever acknowledge. When confronted, they angrily e-mailed me saying "they didn't appreciate my accusastions". I said they were not accusations, they were just entirely the truth. I highly recommend to anybody considering Bspoke to search for flats with a different company.
