        Called to book my car into to look at potential coolant Leak got told to bring it in the anytime the next day. Turn up and they said that they dont remember the phone call. Then they told me to call back and about a part. Called back and he said he had the part and told me to bring the car in the next day, which I did and I asked the price over the phone, the man tried his hardest to get me off the phone and said he would tell me the price before doing the job. Then he still never told me he would try and keep the price down, show up to a 400 bill without a phone call to ask if that was okay or affordable as he had to get extra parts without no communication. Absolutely ridiculous as any other garage too would communicate the price of a job without carrying out the work.
