        Very poor customer service. We had someone out to measure up for a fireplace and then got no feedback. After chasing they sent through a few options. I asked a few questions about three weeks ago and still nothing. Clearly they don't need my business :-(

        We had excellent customer service and advice from the Athena team when purchasing our outdoor wood burner. They provided us with drawings / plans and honest advice about what would and wouldnt work for us in our space. Cannot recommend them highly enough. Weve had no problems whatsoever with our purchase. Thanks again everyone at Athena! We would definitely buy from you again.
