Patients get buzzers so they can ask for help but staff for majority of the time ignore the buzzers and the patients can be waiting for assistace for 20 minutes at a time (not all the staff) so depends on whos on what shift. When you approach them about it they say they are busy but you can see them standing around talking and constantly walk past the room doors without even checking to see if its serious.
