        Awful Company - placed an order weeks ago and not heard anything since. They do not answer phone calls or emails. They have taken my money and now ignoring me. Website also appears to be no longer functioning. SCAM.

        Been waiting a month for a rug. Tried to contact and all I get is an computerised response. Asked for a refund and no response. I will go through my credit card to get monies back. Very disappointed

        SHAM - I ordered a rug the 1st of September I received an immediate email to explain that my order would take time to process as they are a small Company etc. I have tried to call them several times as I had an email enquiring on feedback for the rug , I STILL NOT RECEIVED. I have emailed several times with no replys and the contact number is just a person stating leave a message. Please DO NOT PURCHASE from this company. I have raised a Fraud alert with my bank and have asked for a refund.
