This is the 1st time I have had to seek legal advice. I needed help and advice on a settlement agreement. I contacted Ben, he got in touch within the hour, we discussed my situation and I sent on all the necessary documentation. Ben was amazing, he started the process straight away, everything was dealt with and finalised within a few days, I would definitely contact Ben in the future if needed any legal advice, would also recommend to others.

I was extremely impressed with Ben's professional services on the following two aspects: 1) Unlike many solicitors who tend to take every opportunity to charge clients, Ben is a warm-hearted person with the highest integrity. Originally I approached him on the wrong direction. Ben advised an alternative approach that I could win my claim without needing a solicitor, with hardly no cost and risk. I was very touched as Ben gave me very detailed instructions without charging me anything. I came back later to Ben in 20 days, as my previous employer still hournored the original agreement which means there was no need to go to the court. 2) Communication with Ben is very pleasant and efficient. I have about 20 email exchanges with Ben. He normally responds within one hour. Thank you so much Ben!
