They were investigated as the above poster said by Panorama for bullying and 'parking' very difficult clients. The office facility is a lost cause, it's dingy and smelly. The service they provide is shocking and not in least bit professional - as they openly discuss clients and their issues. I heard them mention a guy with a drink problem and another man who seemed very active in looking for work pretending to be a beggar on the streets... These are supposed to professional people? No way! I feel genuinely sorry for anyone who has to attend here - everything is out of date, the office stinks and the staff are unqualified for the role. Just know that you can move on and try something new - they'll be stuck there forever and ever...

It's not to help people into work at all. They do their best to make you feel frustrated and sign off. If you do manage to get a job, don't tell them where it is or they'll put it down as a success story of theirs so they can get paid, even if getting the job had nothing to do with them. The people who work there are like the people who work at the Jobcentre. The reason they're working there is because they've failed. They try to take the piss out of the unemployed to make themselves feel like less of a failure. No kid at school thinks 'when I grow up I want to work for the Jobcentre'. None of them put what they do on Facebook. The best way to handle it is to just see the funny side. You can go on to do something better. They're all unattractive and past it. That's their life. Especially Sara and Derek who couldn't fight his way out a paper bag.
