        I've had an absolutely horrendous experience with this house builder. DO NOT BUY. If you have reserved pull out before it is too late.

        Worst customer service, have had a leak for 3 1/2 years and they refuse to fix it and are actively advising me to go to NHBC. They are still building on my estate but apparently dont have the capacity to deal with my issue. In hindsight i believe they have deliberately ignored my issue to the point where NHBC have to step in. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM.
