        Great knowledge of products and fair price. Good service from store staff. Only part delivery of table and chairs/ Bench notified of delivery, not delivered no notification. Customer services a joke, minimum time waiting 45 minutes, max 75 minutes, 5 E mails sent no acknowledgement . Disaster then with suite, told it would be delivered and received confirmation. Disposed of old suite but new suite not delivered. Sat on garden chairs for weeks. Suite eventually delivered but 5 major problems, totally unacceptable, new suite ordered and eventually arrived. Compensation given. It no way compensates for the stress and anguish we suffered. Let you decide whether to purchase from Harveys.
