Got my van done here three times now and the experience has been spot on every time. They see your vehicle as soon as possible, give you all the information on the process of the repairs and the state of repairs required, service is always friendly, done in good timing and the prices are good so I'd highly recommend going here

Ive used this garage on several occasions in the past for MOTs, service was reasonable, but after my last experience I will never go back. I booked my daughters Peugeot Boxer van in to have an overheating problem checked out, most garages in Stirling had a three or four week waiting time, D&G said they could look at it in 10 days. I took the van down on the tenth day, and asked where I could park it, the guy at reception looked out the window, and said, you never said it was a long wheel base, I did, but thats another argument. Anyway they said their big ramp had a motor on it waiting on an engine, and it would be another week before they could look at it, I went back after a week, they said they had the new engine for the motor on the ramp, but would need more time to change it over. I asked when can they look at my daughters van? he said Ill phone when the ramps available, five weeks later I still havent received a call. Fortunately I took the chance of booking it in to another garage just in case, I had to wait four weeks, but the van is now fixed and on the road again. The thing is my daughter is a small business, she works in her van as a dog groomer, her work was severely restricted because of this unnecessary delay, in short their customer service was deplorable, and they had a couldnt care less attitude.

My car was very underpowered and was drinking fuel like nobodys business, diagnostics said my CAT was very ill, got it replaced, now it,s , purring away very nicely.
