Staff at venue just shrugged snd said to complain to head office, head office said venue should have sorted and are now blanking any further contact.
Not impressed.
Staff also tried to fob me off with their largest slushie, when I quite clearly said i wanted a small size twice.
There seems to be underhsnd tactics beings employed for up-selling.
BEWARE!
(And don't stand for it in the venue if your the next victim, id rather have 10 in my pocket than theirs!)
