Thank you for the wonderful service my wife received on purchasing a new ring in the Stirling branch.Nothing was too much trouble and Nyree made us feel very comfortable and not feeling pressured at any time.The price my wife was given a couple of weeks earlier was honoured so once the sale was made she left a very happy customer.I would highly recommend Fraser Hart Stirling and to have a wonderful kind and considerate employee in Nyree was very special so Thank you and look forward to returning sometime in the future. I had to have my watch repaired that was still under warranty. I never purchased my watch from Fraser Hart however they were happy to take it and sort it all out. Vanessa made things very easy and was extremely helpful. Would definitely recommend

Vanesa provided such a lovely experience for us. We were looking for a dainty necklace for a friend, and ended up buying a necklace and bracelet that we did originally see ourselves but pulled out by her.
