        Oh dear what a shame on Saturday I purchased a pair of earrings and the customer service was very good but when I tried to return them today I was treated with very poor customer service. I was returning a faulty earing I e. It wouldn't close properly so I asked for my money back and was told the item was not faulty and she would fix it mmmm contradicting or what I had the receipt and was very calm but fuming are you really struggling that bad for 28.00. I will not use your company again. Customer Service re training.

        Been here many times over the years. Mostly getting presents for my fiancee and my mum. The staff are absolutely excellent. I struggle with picking things because their is so much to choose from. Staff have always helped me pick a gift tailored to the recipient. I had a family tragedy where I had learned I was a father to be of twins but unfortunately we lost them, and picking a gift for my fiancee for her birthday was especially stressful. Their help in this matter will never be forgotten. And she loved the gift. Forever grateful for this store and the people who work there they are amazing.
