I first used this company sixteen years ago, Johnstone showed one hundred percent Customer Care. I have had on going support over the years and have since had two other installations, my two daughters have also used them. Recently I have dealt with Scott and feel he is a credit to the company, very patient and helpful. From Design, through preparation and ordering, to the final installation of our 2 lovely new bathrooms - everything was taken care of with friendliness and professionalism - ending in a final product that are very happy with. We recently got a whole new bathroom and decided to go with a company that did it all, pluming, tiling etcwe were not disappointed. Bathroom and kitchen planet were first class from day one. Nothing was a problem for them, the guys doing the work never stopped and their workmanship was 100% If youre looking for a hassle free, beautiful bathroom, I would highly recommend them.
