McKenna Massage Therapy

I went to Matthew for problems with my hamstrings that was preventing me training and competing properly. Not only did Matthew help loosen off my legs, but also provided me with exercises and movements to help aid my recovery and strengthen them back up. His communication post session is also great as he will send a message to check up the next day and he is also very responsive when messaging him to book appointments or ask questions. Would definitely recommend if you have any injuries or pains.

After 1 session with Matthew, I block booked a further 4. Good guy and flexible approach. He's worked on my back and legs over the past couple of weeks and they feel much better. Getting more out of my cycle and runs due to it.

I cant recommend Matthew highly enough. He is fantastic and has definitely helped me avoid injury/catch any niggles quite a few times now and I wouldnt be able to run consistently without his help! Ive been to see quite a few physios/massage therapists over the years and Matthew is definitely one of the best, if not the best - his knowledge and attention to detail are super! Often Ive gone in with a particular issue and not only does he treat that area, but he identifies and treats the underlying cause which I feel not many others would pick up on. I feel lucky to have found him and look forward to continuing to work with him to stay niggle-free. I would definitely recommend Matthew to anyone with any niggles or issues, or active people looking for regular maintenance sessions.

Highly recommend. Very professional, willing to accommodate, great knowledge and understanding about what he's doing. Was suffering with intense pain in hips and lower back for 2 weeks. After seeing him almost 100% percent better. Excellent service.
