Gro Commerce

When we started working with GroCommerce we were in a bit of a state. We had just launched a brand new ecommerce website using a platform which was presenting us with so many issues. We were inexperienced, over stretched and really struggling to get the site to a healthy state. Carrie and her team steadied the ship, despite the challenges (which were numerous) of trying to learn how to work with a platform which was new to them and mpst definitely not their first choice. They went above and beyond, investing time into learning the platform and sought out opportunities to lighten our workload by taking up matters/problems directly with the Web company we are working with. Once we got the site knocked into better shape, product descriptions improved, better structure etc and learned/accepted that lots of the ideas we were trying to implement simply couldn't be supported by the platform we had chosen, GroComerce then moved forward to setting out a marketing strategy. The stand out points for me in terms of the way GroCommerce work are: 1) they want to get your site making money for your business and they show drive and motivation in doing so. 2) they showed a great ability to tailor the tone of the marketing communications to the style our business had established. Not just a one size fits all approach. 3) you can actually get to them on the phone and chat through issues, which makes it feel like a real team effort. If I could do it all again I would have sought the support of GroCommerce before choosing the platform that we went for (which I am pretty sure would have resulted in us going with Shopify instead) and we would have involved Carrie in the site build, from the ground up. This would have saved us so much time, stress and actually probably saved us money also. In summary, I would recommend this company and I intend to retain their services again once the bike trade actually has some stock to sell!

I used Gro to delevop a a website for my gym. I gave the outline of what I needed and it was made in a way that was super easy to navigate. Working a great for customer sign up. Highly reccomend using Carrie and the team.

Gro Commerce is an excellent company. If you are looking for someone to build your website, to general social media advice then look no further. Carrie and her team offer a first class service.
