I purchased 3 sails to shade one half of my conservatory about 3 years ago, and was so impressed with the quality and look, I ordered 3 more just over a year later. The team made the whole process of designing and measuring so simple and pleasurable and were extremely helpful at every stage. The sails have transformed my conservatory, as they look very stylish and elegant. They have removed the suns glare completely. Also, unlike a solid roof, I can remove them in winter to let more light in. The conservatory still does get hot, so dont expect a miracle on that front, but the intensity of the heat is reduced and I can sit in there even on a hot summers day. Im sorry it has taken me so long to review.

ShadePlus I admit I was apprehensive about ordering a bespoke sail fitment online. I should not have worried. From start to finish everyone was so helpful. An online consultation and collaborative design appointment were set up after I had taken some photos and made some outline measurements. They gave us a ballpark estimate beforehand too. My wife and I sat at the computer and together with a very competent designer, we drew plans and immediately they generated with a fixed cost price in detail. We were given unpressurised time to consider and confirm our order. We then had two home visits, one for accurate measurements and the other for fitting. The home visit team came after office hours and were friendly (doubt they got home after driving, much before midnight on both occasions). I am pleased to say the sail blinds look great and are very effective at shielding incoming heat. But I can also say that they unexpectedly seem to retain a comfortable heat longer too. We have gained a much more usable space and now use the conservatory much more often. It's a talking point too. So, they were all wonderful and we are very pleased.
