        Was struggling to get a replacement flip key, which folds away, for my daughters Renault Twingo. Tried a few locksmiths etc, but without success, nobody seemed able to source any (even via the internet) until Iain was recommended to me. Sure enough, got in touch with him and he had a suitable key in his vast stock of replacement keys. Met up with him at Stirling Uni. as arranged (he was bang on time) and it took him about half an hour to get the key cut and programmed in. Went about his business in a no fuss, professional manner and I was very impressed. Thanks again Iain.

        What a gentleman! We made the mistake of closing the boot of our Tiguan with the key inside the boot! We were away in Crieff and were about to return home when this happened. We had packed everything inside including our dog! We got in touch with RAC and they got in touch with Iain and he was with us in an hour. Considering his business is based in Stirling this was a pretty good response time. He managed to open the car door in half an hour or so and we were relieved to be on our way back. He was confident and reassuring and well mannered. If you are not with a road rescue and if you are faced with this issue I would recommend to get in touch with Iain. Highly recommend! Thanks again for your help :)
