I first emailed Andrew on the 27th June, asking for a quote for window refurbishment for my period property - never got a response, so dont waste your time emailing him. The business was then closed for a period of time for school summer holidays and I only managed to get him to come and inspect the property on the 17th Oct, after multiple times trying to call him. The inspection went well and Andrew gave me some good advice and everything sounded really promising. He ensured I would receive a quote for restoration of windows by the end of the week or early next week. Then, about a month passed but I kept on waiting because I know tradesmen can be busy so I didnt want to put pressure on him because he really seemed like a nice knowledgeable guy. I then called him after a month, 15th Nov, asking if he had my details to send over the quote, a receptionist answered and said shed pass the details on to Andrew and that Id get the quote shortly. Then I had to chase again on the 28th Nov and was promised a quote by the end of the week. Surprise surprise, still no quote two weeks later. I phoned again on the 15th Dec and the receptionist took my details again - at this point I expressed my disappointment in the way things were being handled. A couple of hours later, I got an email saying that Andrew wont be providing a quote and is no longer interested in doing the work for my property. Absolutely terrible customer service and 6 months of my time wasted trying to get a quote from this guy. The work he does might be good (who knows) but with attitude and customer service like that he soon wont have any customers left to do the work for. My advice for anyone thinking of using Andrews services: dont bother, hes too busy for you.

We called Andrew out to fit a new hand rail for our stairs in the house and also repair our gates in the driveway. They completed the job to a fabulous high standard and would not hesitate to use them again.

Andrew and his staff are superb. The job they did was small but they were fast and reliable and not overly expensive.
