        This disgraceful company should be ashamed of being associated with another farcical organisation namely Falkirk council . After 5 months no further forward with a clear case of Falkirk councils liability . I am going to resort to take them to court

        Absolute waste of space. If you have any kind of claim that needs to go through this company just forget about it. They'll just reject it and hit you with a pile of pointless legal jargon.

        Ongoing case with gallagher and bassett .... all i can say is that you should steer clear. Numerous calls and voicemails left over the course of a few days and not a single call back. Fancy trying to speak to someone on the phone? Forget it, there appears to be nobody available, EVER!!!

        Still not even acknowledged my enquiry. Massive pothole wrecked my wheel while out with my registered disabled sons in the beginning of November 2022. Would expect some sort of contact.
