Flawless - Went in on a Saturday evening for a suspected fractured ankle with no appointment. I was booked in, seen, x-rayed, debriefed, fitted for a boot and discharged in around an hour and a half. Everyone who dealt with me, from receptionist, consultant, radiologist and orderly were absolutely brand new and perfectly efficient. Great service all round. Up The NHS!!

Todays minor injuries triage nurse was very rude and on a power trip. Sent my brother home with unexplained facial swelling/pain and told him since hes already waited two days he can wait another and call his GP tomorrow. The poor guy is in agony. Seemed like she couldnt be bothered to even pretend to care.

I liked the experience here. In the beginning, I was a bit confused to receive an appointment with dermatologist that I never booked. But it turns out GP booked it for me a long time ago. I came and in around 15 minutes, considering my case, I was advised on trying free samples for body wash (due to my problem with dry skin) and got a prescription for relevant antibiotics. I also want to point out that I was instructed by volunteer to reach t he dermatology department as I didnt know where it is located. With the help of the NHS staff, found it quite fast. Not sure why earlier feedbacks are low, but my experience definitely deserves 5 stars.

Have read bad reviews, but.am surprised I attended minor injury unit without out appointment, I arrived 11.00am with a foot injured by a plate glass panel falling on it. I was seen by a very pleasant nurse, then after examination was sent for X-ray. Following that I was advised of what I should do for injury. I was out the door at 12.20. This in my opinion was excellent treatment.People should realise that staff are doing their best and to me moaned at about how long they have to wait does not help. Many thanks to staff at minor injury dept, keep up the good work Colin RRussell
