        I've been living in the Richmond Park Terrace Avant Homes development and to be honest it's been excellent. Moved in on time, minimal issues with my penthouse flat & good support after. All in all 5/5.

        purchase process is a shambles. Lies by sales team encouraged by management. Complete lack of customer care..... once they have your money they drag their feet and do everything to avoid addressing snags. Very poor quality of finish resulting in many snags and each one is an arguement even the major safety related ones. The biggest problem is a culture of lies that comes down the line from management and is encouraged down the line meaning dishonest people must be the ones that are promoted in the company in my opinion. This is all to the detriment of the customer. This is not the first new build I have bought. The previous was a Taylor wimpy who although are not perfect they resolved the majority of snags within 14 days and the standard of finish was significant higher. They are least tried to keep their customer happy Service: Home building
