The Loaded Food Company

I ordered a meal through Uber Eats which said it would take 20mins for my food to arrive. An hour later I rang the store and they said that they were waiting for a driver but my food was ready. So my food had been sat there waiting and getting cold waiting for a driver. Not knowing when they would pick it up I asked for it to be cancelled, to which they replied I had to get in touch with Uber, however it states that you call the restaurant. Safe to say I won't be going here or recommending this place.

The delivery took 40 minutes longer than said on Uber Eats app, all the food arrived freezing cold and didnt taste properly cooked. The chicken wrap I ordered was inedible, and I couldnt even finish one bite because it was so bad. Attached is a photo of my Peri Peri salted chips and Ive literally no idea what theyve even put on them. Really bad, avoid.
