Excellent service from TV Village. I ordered a DVD 16: inch combi on Friday morning and it arrived Saturday lunchtime. Thank you so much for your first class customer service. And it was British made which is so rare these days. Thank you.

The TV is pretty good but has one big weakness: The Electronic Program Guide is difficult to read. My eyesight is good, but I cannot use the EPG if I am more than a few feet from the TV. There are at least three separate problems here: 1. Poor choice of colours and fonts. For example, the box at the top uses white, non-bold lettering against a pale grey background. 2. The EPG is semi-transparent, so the lettering tends to disappear into the TV picture behind it. 3. The EPG does not make use of the whole screen, so the font size is smaller than it needs to be. I'm impressed by all the other features of the TV, but the EPG is an important part of channel selection so this is a major weakness.

Very fast Delivery!! As for the Cello TV works very well and has a sensitive tuner, the sound is a bit scratchy and I have connected mine to a Boom Box speaker. one that takes its's power from the USB socket and plugs into the headphone socket. An instruction book is seriously lacking though, as the design is not very standard and it takes a while to work out how to do this and that.
