I had massive trouble trying to understand all the forms concerning a Disability claim for my brother was knocked pillar to post from DWP and found it a real struggle when someone advised I go to this Group of volunteers well was like a large burden was taken from my shoulders the staff were knowledgeable and most helpful after many months finally I had found people to help they listened and took action after 10mnth struggle within weeks I had letters from DWP saying it was being dealt with and weeks later I had what my brother needed some financial support . cant thank the team here enough . BIG THANK YOU TO ALL ..they listen and take action where possible
