        We bought our kid a bike from this store during the pandemic. Due to confusion regarding 1 way system I was confronted by a very angry member of staff. (Red haired lad). He jumped over the counter and came rushing towards me in a angry authoritarian manner. I will never use this store again and we have spent thousands over the years. He is lucky I was with my partner and child or I would be in the jail for GBH. Starting on a Army veteran is never a good idea!!!!! You need to retrain your staff on customer interaction before you have a serious incident in your store with this staff member.

        Had a recent issue regarding a return. The staff were very Rude/ ignorant/ and Patronising What ever happened to customer politeness Will never use this store again because of this issue
