Was here today, and the woman behind the counter was so awful I had to file an official complaint. This is now my 4th day of waiting home for delivery of a parcel that just never turns up. Except when I tried to go get it at the depot they wouldn't give it to me there either. Aspie Review: Quiet and no bright lights, but the staff have the worst training for understanding disabilities. The staff member today was so awful, combative and inhumane that she basically argued me into a meltdown. Its also hit or miss if the posties use doorbells (which can be an assistive device for some people like myself) which is just more evidence they have no accessibility training at all. This whole situation arose because the postie didn't give me enough time to get to the door in the first place (I was using my wheelchair that day). 1/5 Due to serious ableist mentality of this depot and it's staff. Not all disabilities are visible, and they need sensitivity training.
