Booked car in for a 56 clean. Told then I only had 2h and would this be enough time. Was reassured that it would be. Came back to my car after 2.5h & they hadnt finished. They only charged me 30 in the end because they claimed theyd done everything bar hoover. My car was in such a bad state inside & out I felt I would have been better off paying 8 at tesco for an outside clean. It looked like they had put polish on outside but hadnt rubbed it in or rinsed so it looked greasy. They had done nothing inside either - no tidying, no dusting, no hoovering & no shampooing of seats. I dont really understand why I paid the 30. Probaby because I was rushing & feeling harrassed. The man also kept trying to say 15 minutes more but he had already had 2.5h & had assured me that was enough time. I needed to get to an appointment so I almost had to shout at the man to get him to back off because I did not have 15 minutes more to spare! I will NEVER be back & quite frankly, even though I didnt have to pay the 56 I still feel Ive been ripped off! PS didnt tick any boxes above because not convinced they did anything much to my car!

Dont waste your time. Half a job if that. Guy was rude and trying to sell me the top the packages at a reduced price. Quality of the clean for 35 was shocking.

Took my mums car to the thistles centre car wash today and asked the man for the 35 car wash. He looked in the car and said no we could get the 55 due to some dog hair in the back seat and that he would do a much better job of it for 55 so we agreed. We have since come back to the car two hrs later and the back seat is untouched there is still dirt and hair on the seat and dirt on the back of the chairs/doors. Theyve wiped her leather seat covers and then left it. The front still has dust and dirt all over it and the boot is untouched. All that can be said for it is the air freshener they sprayed as we got in smells ok. The man didnt speak great English and his customer service was awful, only interested in payment and getting rid of us. We didnt realise how poor a job he did until we got out of the car park into natural light. Wont be back, would put 0 stars if we could.
