Gavin went above and beyond when guiding me through the purchase of my Skoda Karoq, and I cant thank him enough! Cannot highly recommend the Arnold Clark Volkswagen, Stirling branch enough! Recently bought a Volkswagen Golf from Mark and the service was excellent from start to finish, he made us feel very comfortable and confident with our purchase. Very friendly and patient. He was great with getting in touch with us about updates and how we were getting on with the car. Any inquires we had were met with plenty of information and made the process very easy. Highly recommend and pleasure to buy from.

Absolutely AVOID this place at all costs!!! Had nothing but bother with this Arnold Clark and the staff in it are atrocious and tell nothing but lies! Ordered my car from here a new Volkswagen Tiago in September 2022 was told it was a 15 weeks time wait at this point and since then its been nothing but delays Im still currently waiting on my car 8 months later down the line with no sort of information or communication in to when I will receive my car all I keep getting from staff members is theres a hold up and its in port and they cant tell me anything further!!! I have been lied to from the end of February when my car was finished being built, I kept getting told 3 weeks , 3 weeks 3 weeks etc!! And still no car and can not be explain why my car has been waiting to get shipped for 3 months total disaster and if I had a knowing this at the start I would have never of came to yous for my car!!!!
