        Pleasant and helpful staff, sometimes it can take a while to get served but this is due to their only being two kiosks to speak to staff from. The layout is easy to follow and the main door is hooked up for easy access for customers with disabilities. Got my accounts and my mortgage here, worth a look if you want a nice personal kind of bank service!

        I spoke to a really patient and polite young lady who helped me through my problem. I could not have asked for better. Unfortunately I was only passing through the town, holidaying on Loch Tay. Otherwise I'm am certain that the level of service I received would have been an incentive to visit more frequently.
