        EXCEPTIONAL I was desperate for an insulation product that I could not find anywhere else in the UK. They were open early, easy to get hold of on the phone, very knowledgeable and helpful. I deal with suppliers and wholesalers all day long, and they can all learn something from these guys. As far as the price was concerned, not only were they the only people to have stock, but they were also the most competitive. Customer satisfaction must be ingrained to these guys. They instilled me with confidence and trust from the outset. They have a high level of integrity too.
