Terrible experience. Told room was small but this is an understatement. Room is extremely small, basically unlivable.2 hangers provided as no closet, no hooks in bathroom for wet towels, no shelf in shower for placement of soap. Shower door comes off track, hand held shower kinks and shuts off shower. Stayed 3 nights and never had trash removed and no fresh towels offered and worst yet, ran out of toilet paper as no additional roll in room.Breakfast was okay but Danish offered was in plastic, tables not set, breakfast took one hour to serve. This was probably worst bandb we ever stayed in.

One disappointment after the other. I didn't mind it being a tiny room as I wanted something inexpensive. However I'm not sure how they won positive reviews and awards. The bed was extremely uncomfortable it was old. The room had no heat. Their internet was good but slow. I loved their check in keypad. I had a simple breakfast and had a French press brought to my table but I poured my first coffee poured milk that was so curled that I gasped. She brought fresh milk (?) but not another coffee press. Really the only thing going for it was location. The place is obviously neglected and Jackie's inattention to detail and careless uninteresting attitude shows. Avoid.
