        Extremely disappointed with the customer service in this shop. I have been a member of salon services a long time, have used the Stirling shop a handful of times but have never come across anyone as rude as the manager in this branch. I unfortunately witnessed her humiliating another customer the other day, and although I was not part of the conversation, it was hard not to witness as this customer was made out to be a fraud. Whatever the circumstances, no one should be made to feel this embarrassed using your shop and from what I saw she spent a good 100 in your shop! Hopefully she will take her business to another branch, much like myself!
