        Karen is an absolute star. My we boy is terrified of getting his hair cut and Karen spent lots of time chatting and trying to make him feel at ease. She made loads of effort to get him settled eg putting his favourite programme on and giving him a toy which he is still talking about and using only scissors, no clippers as the noise scares him. Fingers crossed the more we go the better it will get with him but it was definitely a huge improvement! Thank you so much we will be back soon :) Service: Kids' cuts
