        Great service as always from the friendly staff, who all welcome you with a big smile. I have been a customer of this bank for around 35 years now, from way back when there was the old Clydesdale branch in town . The staff go above and beyond to help and advise. Five stars all round, every time

        I came into the Stirling branch today with the gentleman I support. We got up the escalator fine. The staff were all very friendly and dealt with us professionally and quickly. On leaving, my gentleman struggled to get down the escalator as it was narrow so I couldn't stand beside him. A staff member helped us by going doing the other escalator, stopping both escalators. and helping my gentleman from the front and I guided him from the back. We thanked him.
