The team at Hello Accountancy are amazing and help me through the mass of paperwork I find myself in on a daily, weekly, monthly and yearly basis. I could not recommend them highly enough and have set them up on my new company too!! I'd be lost without them, especially Lauren, she is literally my support through all the ups and downs that business throws at you.

Lauren has been great throughout the process of doing my small business accounts. I have recently changed my accountancy company to 'Hello Accountancy', not because of price (although Lauren's prices are very reasonable for a small business owner, like myself), but more for the personal touch that Hello accountancy provides. Like many new, small, business we have a many, many questions we require answers to about tax, allowances, vat etc. Lauren at 'Hello Accountancy', is fantastic on this account (excuse the pun); she is very happy to spend the time answering all those 'niggling' questions - the type of ones you are too scared to ask about ...This, for me, is the essence of a good accountant and I would not hesitate to recommend 'Hello Accountancy' to all business, small or large.

I had been unhappy with my accountant for some time (not answering questions, constantly having to chase them, etc) and after finding Hello Accountancy and reading the excellent reviews I decided to make the jump. Best decision I have made. As the other reviews have mentioned, what sets Lauren apart from other accountancy firms is that personal touch. She is always happy to answer questions and explains things so clearly, nothing is too much trouble. I have been a client for approximately 2 years now and I have found Lauren to be professional, prompt, efficient, I could go on and on. She does a fantastic job and is excellent at what she does. If you are Considering switching accountant or looking for an accountant, then look no further. I highly recommend Hello Accountancy.
