Stewarton Fry Inn

Opening hours advertised 3-10. Placed order on shop's website at 8pm and was given delivery time 8.50pm. Paid by bank card. No delivery by 9.30pm and no answer when called. The money has been taken from my bank and payeats work office hours only. For a business to treat very regular customers - delivery and in shop - so poorly is a disgrace. I now have to go through a claim process. Sorry Stewarton Fy Inn but no more orders from me and am sure neighbours will be interested too. Poor poor way to treat people and run a business. 1 star is more than you deserve

Don't order from here chips either raw, black or grey had to throw a full family dinner in the bin ordered chicken, and sausages it was that bad my dog didn't even want it. Whole family was ill after the experience of this takeaway I grudgingly give one star wish I could rate zero

No delivery no notification no response

Ordered online. Waited 1hour and 50 minutes for delivery. Food was cold and the 2.50 portion of chips was absolutely tiny. I put the food in the bin as the 3 pizzas were already hard and crispy. Ordered my food elsewhere. I called shop to complain but owner on holiday. I will be seeing him when he returns to get my 23 back. A very unhappy customer. Not amused.

Yes a chippy that's cooks there chips properly nice colour to them too many chippy serve up pale chips cos they are busy well done fry Inn and your fritters are 10 out of 10
