This is the first time Ive used a letting agency and I have found Roxburgh very helpful and approachable. They made all the form filling and application process easy and have a been very quick to act on any issues I have raised. Just very nice people!

The Roxborough team in Stewarton are awesome! We rented a house for 16 months via the excellent team in Roxburgh in Stewarton. They were so easy to deal with. They communicated with us extremely well and responded fast and efficiently when we did experience some minor issues with the house. I wouldnt hesitate to use Roxburgh to manage the rental of your investment, or to rent a house as we did. I cannot thank the team enough for all their support and assistance.

I have rented properties for a long time & as a tenant, I haven't always had a positive experience with Agents, who usually tended to side with landlords more often, making it difficult to get repairs done & legal responsibilities looked after but Roxburgh are something else. Rented a property for almost 2 years through them. They were responsive, helpful, friendly, non-instrusive inspections & as a tenant, I felt very well looked after, listened to and, quite frankly, safe in the property. They clearly care about the landlords investment as all repairs are actioned quickly, efficiently & I was always kept informed. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the Stewarton branch to any tenant or indeed landlord. Either way, you'll be looked after by a fantastic team! 6 stars, first class!! Thank you to the team!
