Absolutely delighted with the service received from Gordon at Tile Max. We were looking for a rare, discontinued tile to add a wee bit extra to a bathroom project. Gordon worked his cotton socks off trying to get those tiles but unfortunately Tile Max did not have an account with the only supplier who had the tiles. This guy managed to arrange for another Tile store to order and post them to us. I am so impressed with this guys manner, attitude, tolerance, and determination, you are anazing Gordon. 10 * customer service, above and beyond and we can't thank you enough for all your help. Highly recommend Tile Max, and the wonderful Gordon for the best customer service ever

We went to TileMax to pick out tiles for our bathroom. The range of tiles were fantastic and Gordons knowledge really helped us decide on the look that we were after. Delivery was fast and he was always on hand when we needed any further assistance!

The tiles and service here are second to none. Not only do they stock the standard tiles you would expect, they stock the unusual and superior tiles that you can't find anywhere else . Gordon, the owner has extensive knowledge and experience and is only too happy to help.

I'm a trade customer of Tilemax and Gordon has always went over and above helping us out, he has even popped by on site whilst we were fitting some of the range he had supplied. Great store and you won't find a more helpful guy. Support your local store and pop in
