        Great gym with a lovely welcoming atmosphere. The coaches are so knowledgeable and explain everything in a way thats easy for me to understand so I have seen progress quickly and my confidence has grown massively.

        I have been a member for 18 months now. It's a happy supportive place to train in. We all look out for each other and it feels 'like a family'. A lot of hard work and sweat, but a lot of fun and encouragement alongside it. Coaches are fantastic and practise what they preach. Love it.
