My order was despatched very quickly and arrived within two days. Packaging was perfect so as to ensure that the vase arrived safely.         Absolutely fantastic customer service and some beautiful products. I ordered some truly beautiful baubles for our Christmas tree. However only 3 arrived rather than the 4 ordered with a space in the box of 4 where 1 bauble was missing. I emailed Limetree who promised to rectify the situation. Unfortunately it was too late by then to get the missing bauble by Christmas but shortly after a whole new box of 4 arrived. Above and beyond what I expected. Im very grateful. Professional company who really deserve your business.
