Had an express manicure CND Vinylux and I got the bottle to take away as part of my pedicure package. It didnt even last 48 hours - hands AND feet. Unacceptable. Owners response was for me to take the time to send photos. Said problem could be the health of my natural nail, how heavy handed I am and how I care for my nails. Quite insulting really. She also said she expected some wear and tear in less than 48 hours. Im not a nail technician but I was shocked at that. I believe the product was sub standard. I was asked to choose a display bottle in the window. Was it old or damaged by the sunlight? Thats more likely. To rectify the issue I was offered 2 appointments during the day (they know I work so that wasnt possible). Next offered was 10.30 at night! I ask you! Final offer was a call at 8pm to go there and then. Again, unsuitable. I gave the varnish to a friend to try who also had it chip within 24 hours. Ive been happy with the salons services for years. Especially massages. So this is extremely disappointing. Owner called to say she acknowledged I chose not to use them again. There are plenty of other salons but she must be doing very well to not care about losing a loyal customer whos always given good reviews. Shockingly poor customer service.
